The Faculty of Education, Office of Students Services nominates/recommends BEd graduates to the Ontario College of Teachers. Please provide your name, York U. student number, email, expected degree(s) completed "graduate" and the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) registration number. If you have submitted a request already for the Temporary Certification, you do not need to submit this form. We will be using the information you submitted already for Temporary Certification and sending full nomination when program complete.
